Starting from February 5th, 2011, she will not provide her professional collaboration as a designer no longer through this Association.

The profile "ADOR - Graziella Paletta", still present on the web, is related to her membership untill 2010.

Contrary to what happened in the past, when for her professionals needs she left the Association, and after she entered again, now her dissociation is for her personal choice, and it is definitive. With ADOR still remain a mutual relation of friendship.

GRAZIELLA PALETTA informs that she is free to give her professional collaboration as a Designer to the Companies, out of her brands "GRAZIELLA PALETTA" and "MY STAR" and with no relations to them.
She declare that she do not have in progress contracts or collaborations as a Designer, individually and neither by or with other Designers; relating to that, she make clear that she has never designed in collaboration with other Designers, but always and only on her own, for her personal choice.
GRAZIELLA PALETTA always sign her designs, and issues invoices with the VAT n° 02078780067.
Her designs which are on the web site: www.graziellapaletta.com, belong to her brands "GRAZIELLA PALETTA" and "MY STAR", and the jewels realized from these designs will be sold under her name.
The designs ordered from a Company, after sold become exclusive property of that Company, who put only their Company name on the jewels realized from that designs, unless different agreements.

From January 1st, 2011, the brand GRAZIELLA PALETTA - MY STAR is on advertisement in a window in the hall of Hotel Sheraton of Padova.

2010. MY STAR is a very young brand, nevertheless someone already try to copy it, as happen to famous brands. On the web appeared deceptive and deviant advertisements using the words "My Star" or very similar, to sell jewels or clothing, which have nothing in common with the true brand. For this reason it is necessary to communicate what is following:

The brand MY STAR which include jewels, bags, shoes, clothing, is exclusive property of GRAZIELLA PALETTA, Alessandria, Italy, VAT n° 02078780067.

No one except GRAZIELLA PALETTA can use the brand name MY STAR to advertise or sell the products which it include, in the Countries where it is registered, and neither to produce models which include its particular stars shapes which are patented without her licence. To do that is an offence liable to prosecution.

The jewels MY STAR and all the models belonging to the brand are exclusively created by the Designer GRAZIELLA PALETTA.

The models for the clothing line MY STAR were not created yet. When the line will start, it will be extensively advertised on the web site www.graziellapaletta.com.

MY STAR products are not on sale on the web, but exclusively contacting GRAZIELLA PALETTA, who make them realize on request, by artisans, in Italy, under her licence, and they are provided with a certificate signed by GRAZIELLA PALETTA.

MY STAR jewels are not produced in not precious materials (except for the prototype-samples, not on sale).

MY STAR produce jewels in gold only, or gold and precious stones. Some models are also avaliable in silver.

MY STAR jewels were born from the heart, because each one giving it to the own beloved person can say: you are precious, special, inimitable: you are MY STAR.
